Björn Dawidsson, known with his artists name Dawid (1949), he is one of the most famous Swedish artists who works with photography. His career began in the seventies of the last century and critics named him the last representative of modernism and the first of postmodernism. He often uses different art media tehniques and his works often balances between the fine border of graphic and photographic works. However his experiments always consists of deep understanding of concept and photography as media.

Exhibition RUST- the most famous series - which at the time caused a huge debate and changed the idea of photography as a medium. Author his works creates with photograms tehnique. The first exhibition of RUST was presented in 1983 at the Moderna Museet in Stockholm.
